“It was trial-by-fire and Nick performed flawlessly! I hired Nick to manage our agency's P&G analytics project in 2014. Being one of the largest advertisers in the world, imagine the pressure to manage the ad performance data for one of the agency's largest clients in the world from your first day! In this role, Nick rapidly learned the existing systems while also leading the project to replace the primary data platform with a more modern/flexible system. Nick was responsible for all aspects of rebuilding this new data and business intelligence platform which had hundreds of users within the agency as well as within P&G. Nick led the business requirements gathering, vendor research / selection, system design, system development, vendor management, user training and system deployment for this enterprise data platform. Nick worked tirelessly to develop and grow business intelligence software and drive adoption amongst users. His ability to communicate with stakeholders and manage a team helped us to deliver on time and under budget. In fact, this robust new data & BI platform was built in 3 months which included custom developed integrations with several 3rd party data vendors. In my 20 years of managing enterprise software projects, I have seldom see a project delivered so quickly and be so successful at the same time. Nick worked across all of the departments internally as well as with external developers to ensure a level of quality with all aspects of the product.
